Offering fresh, healthy, individualized meals made & delivered weekly. Seasonal menus are curated to showcase a variety of global flavors made with locally sourced ingredients.

Menu changes weekly and includes 1 breakfast, 2 lunch and 2 dinner options. Your order is completely a la carte so you may choose as much or as little of any dish as you would like! All meals are packed for 2 adult servings, unless otherwise specified. To place an order, please e-mail no later than Saturday for the following Wednesday delivery or pick-up.

Meet the Chef

I have had a passion for cooking for as long as I can remember. In college, I was lucky enough to study cooking while abroad in Florence, Italy. Upon my return, I did a month long stage at a popular Italian restaurant in Naples, FL. After graduation, I started a handmade pasta company, starting in local farmers markets, growing into wholesale at Whole Foods and beyond, opening a retail shop and eatery and winning the coveted Sofi Award for Best Pasta at the Fancy Food Show in New York. While I learned so much in the wholesale and retail food industry, what I really love to do is cook. So in 2019 after the birth of my two children, I pivoted and began a small private cheffing business. Being a private chef opens up the word of cooking and allows me the flexibility to try new ingredients, techniques and really focus on nutrition. I love creating weekly menus to complement one another while offering a ton of variety. I have loved getting to know my individual clients’ tastes and creating menus accordingly. The food I make clients is the food that I crave and that i’m proud to serve to my friends and family.

So what’s T & L stand for?

It could be myself (Leigh) and husband, Tripp. It could be my children Teddy and Lou. It could be my favorite bar in college. Or, most likely, a combination of the 3.
